That phone number links back to several for sale ads priced well below average, including a Gallardo for sub 90k.
Thinking it's a "hey the car is in XYZ location I can't get to it, but pay the shipping up front I'll send it to you" type scams.
Further to that, image reverse search turns up this ad where the photos and copy were ripped off from.

It's interesting how scams that rely on people's ignorance is still prevalent in the "information age".
I recall reading on this type of thing. There's a principal in our brains they prey on. It's priced low enough that it's a screaming deal but not "Absurdly cheap". So our brain just thinks "oh I gotta jump on this before someone else snipes it from me or the seller realizes they priced too low. In turn many will overlook glaring flaws/inconsistencies with the transaction that we would otherwise scrutinize on a normal deal.
