spent time at the lawyers signing everything for the sale and purchase.
almost 10k in land transfer taxes. 13k in realtor fees. 2 k in lawyers fees and a seemingly never ending list of fees and charges for god know what else. so much for the money we set aside to start the drive shed build. guess that's gonna have to wait.
You have realtor fees to pay as the buyer? I always thought seller paying both fees was the norm
