    Charger / pulleys are out of alignment.

    On a 4.6l yes, I have used a high traction vortech pulley and now have a www.thumper.com billet belt tensioner after busting several oem types. The thumper tensioner you will not find a bad reviews...2ish times tension and with high traction vortech pulley you will be good. I am now at 19 psi street car...
    And V1Ti entry level race vortech has alot more load than what you have.

    Nope mine are perfectly in line...
    I always go over kill...

    Little 2V 700+ RWHP, Pump Gas
    10.46 sec @ 136 mph

    As do we making sure to shim all until alignment is mint. Sure it's easier just to slap the brackets n units on but belt failures always follow.

    Oh I know...had special order the supercharger bushings and special shims under 2 bolt holes on bracket but no longer special sized washers under tensioner since installing billet (not cheap) tensioner....
    I have no problems now
    ..its the other guy with issues...

    For sure introduction sheet left out spacer information...when I found on Google, it's like why not put that into instructions!!! For sure

    Fortunate to have an extremely talented machinist / fabricator in our circle of people. Some of the things he's made for us blows my mind.
