    24hr curfew it seems. You can now be arbitrarily stopped and questioned (and ticketed for being outside without a valid reason).

    I can't see how that is allowed with the charter of rights and freedoms.

    Probably the same way they are allowed to force a business to shut down and stop people from providing for their families.

    I am thinking the road side arbitrary stops is what is going to cause the issues.

    On Sunday im drive my stang to my mother's that lives alone an hour away, as do i and legal as we both live alone. Using up winter fuel and gave bunch stuff to legitimately have to do for her like drop off grocery, retorque tires, install window air conditioning etc...still nervous as hell getting pulled over...like $750 ticket if the wish...but im legal...

    You're allowed to do that as you appear to be her "caregiver"/providing assistance to a senior - the list of allowed activity is broad - the main issue is gatherings/groups of people. Of the 2 houses on our street where everyone caught COVID, everyone in both houses work outside the home and likely caught it in their workplaces (or they attended gatherings outside their household).
