self tapping fasteners sometime bind while cutting thru the hole —if you feel it getting getting stiff back the fastener out to extract the debris and retightened. Sometimes it may take several attempts.

^^^i have tried that, and then i end up with the opposite problem: stripped hole.

I think I am just going to 'stick' with using construction adhesive for everything, LOL

Hang on one second. You are not predrilling the hole with the supplied drill bit? Maybe this is the problem? It should not bind so bad depending on the material.

not sure what your doing but I just use a ramset gun say for basement stud wall —and if I'm feeling accurate one good smack on a concrete nail sometimes works

Like allowing them to be open while shutting down all their “small business” competition in the name of “public safety”?

+2 on the ramset. When we did a wall at work the 1970’s era concrete was so hard we burned out my dads hammer drill trying to pre drill. Said fuck it and rented a Ramset. Fast and easy.

    exactly

If you want to control the means of production and "corporate culture" controlling a large business means greasing a handful of executives to control hundreds if not thousands of people.

    Controlling small businesses is impossible.
