You know, as a kid I grew up driving rear wheel drv vehicles on bias ply snow tires on roads that were snow covered a good chunk of the time. While you did see crashes it was nothing like what you see today in spite of AWD, ABS, Traction control n ubber sticky snow tires on roads that seldom have much if any snow of them and are always coated with Brine and more Brine.
Why does it never dawn on the powers to be there is something wrong with our lic system? Drivers today are abysmal (for a variety of reasons including untrained, ignorant, self absorbed and most of all selfish I'm the only one that matters pricks).
