I was lifting in my basement gym (travel time 10 seconds). I had YouTube running, with Bill Burr.
I now practice the Burr breathing method. 5 reps into a 10 rep set and I start laughing. I finish the set, the whole time laughing. This happened a few more times.
I'm calling dibs on the new latest breathing fad, Bill Burr Breathing (BBB). There may be a Gervais variant coming.

Spent 9 days at the Grand Bavaro in Dominican, by far the best resort I've ever been too. Dont think I could ever do a non Adults Only all-inclusive.
Came back to -2 with snow ... fun FUN.
