I received a letter from the property tax people up here "MPAC" recently and most of the conversation centred around the purchase price of my home but they never really asked what I had initially purchased it for, then most of the remaing conversation centred around occupancy. There wasn't any threats on rates but the bulk of the coversation had me wondering "WHY?"

The High Commanders birthday is just around the corner so I've been searching Chanel 19. I couldn't imagine this, but there are forums on purses haha, and once a purse is purchased it can be modded out for better organization, aesthetics, and longevity. Thats like performce mods. Who Knew? A small bottle of Chanel 19 perfume can really put a dent in the car parts budget.

There are alot of “investors” sitting on empty properties. Been a problem my way for years they let them sit empty and use it some how as a tax write off. Reading I have done say there is an anticipation that the fed will be looking to “invest” in housing. Which means big breaks and or payouts to people who can come up with “new” housing. So stuff is being held empty.

This morning at around 4:30 am my brain decided to remind me of the time a long time ago when I was selling a car stereo and guy offered me 10 bit coin for it.

I laughed and called him a scammer. After failure to sell, said stereo ended up in the garbage.

Past me was pretty stupid at times.

My god! That is worth about $580,000!
