I read something awhile ago about people who cruise ship surf.

Apparently it was cheaper to take last min empty cabins than to pay for retirement living. The couple in the article had been hopping from cruse ship to cruse ship for a while

New oil pan was installed on BuRT. All I need to do now is order a new Ronin drain plug.

Ronin sells spare parts, so I don’t need a complete plug. All I have to get is the wavy spring and o-ring spare parts kit.

Big fire at one of our oldest buildings...Empire Hotel built in 1928. Was renovated into an apartment complex 15-20 years ago. Mostly occupied by seniors. Fire started around 12:30pm yesterday and still burning.
