got my gym put back together last night...and new stereo hooked up....training resumes today....gonna be really sore for a few weeks

thinking that rubber gym floor I had done is probably gonna be one of the best things I've ever done to the house....looks like carpet....cleans up easy like a hard-surface floor...and you can toss weights on it and they bounce....the whole room is just epic

laundry area is completely operational

I'm installing a fast-flor http://www.fastflor.com/ in my storage room tonight.....then just waiting on two gym mirrors and shower stall glass....then some touch up painting and we're all wrapped up

the reno crew sent over a couple of ladies for the major clean up last night.....and I'll tell ya.....the 5'6" 118lb russian blonde wearing nothing but a tight tank top and yoga pants can come back and clean my floors any time she wants....wow
