first work out in the new gym yesterday went pretty good (chest and delts)

gonna take me a couple of weeks to get back to where I was before the 6 week break

got pumped real quick and was running outta gas fast with the heavy stuff.....felt a little bit unstable

upper body feels like I've been hit by a truck and it's only 7am

leg day today....gotta be careful and take it somewhat easy

never taken a long break like that in over 29 years.....was a bit surprised that I couldn't just pick up where I left off

OK...so the body is a weird muther phucker

approached the leg workout this morning in take-it-easy mode.....and I was freakin strong on the squat rack.....like I didn't miss a beat in 6 weeks

don't even know what to think about tomorrow's back work out now....but I'll be walking funny

perhaps the legs held out through the break better, being a bigger muscle group.

Made it back from Montreal. Walked in the house to a HUGE odor of natural gas (and it wasn't a Clive fart) called Union gas and told us to get out till they arrive...
Wasn't what I was expecting when I got home. Thank god the house didn't explode of Clive got gassed... (Even though he gasses us) Lol
So now I wait!! But I brought back 8 cases of beer!
