heavier than she's ever weighed
she's gained 28 lbs in a little over 5 months.....and it's all quality Grade A MEAT
we're into around week 19 or 20 of training and she's sticking to the programme religiously.....aka....her hard-ass personal trainer doesn't put up with bullshit excuses and she doesn't argue
she's tiny....but toned....and literally getting strong for her size....she has little biceps, triceps, delts, pecs, lats, traps, quads, glutes and hamstrings.....all wrapped up in a package that you have to grab to believe it's there
she hates leg workouts with a passion.....but she's walking around the house in yoga pants with tops that stop at the waist
so.....mission accomplished Part 1
lots of work to do

Mind: Nothing. Absolutely nothing. But taking next week off to finish the home renos.
Just meat and veggies.. But since I didnt have the starch in my diet I was ablle to increase my fat intake to make up for the lack of carbs. I stick to 25 grams of carbs per day.. I really don't miss it anymore.. Took me a few days to get the hang of it. Now I'm just coasting along.. If I have a burger, I just omit the bun, Pizza, I just eat the toppings.. lol
