^The other really common one they are doing now is masking their number so it looks like it is coming from your exchange, for example 905-689-XXXX so that you assume it is someone local and pick up. My cell number has been used a few times for that based on the calls I've received.

I keep getting a call from Las Vegas from some guy that says for $200 he can guarantee the sale of my vehicles I have listed on kijiji. Speaks very good English, my guess is American by heritage/birth...but calls and says it will be the last time he will be in touch, and then calls 2 days later.....and yes most unknown numbers I don't answer. it's May 7th....that would mean the beginning of April.....and it was snowing quite a bit in April...if memory serves we had more snow in April than we did in February

no online listings yet...but assuming since the last one went for 1.3mil then they'll be in the same ballpark
driving around this morning in the area (to the beer store, metro etc) taking the side streets.....it's just fucking nuts....I doubt there is even one street that doesn't have multiple new builds under contruction
