I was considering it this year but held off to see if they make any engine changes - cars are so quiet now (vs before).

wife and I were too....but we've been in 2000 and had the V10s nearly grenade our ears....it was unreal

went back in 2010 and got a taste of the V8s....incredible....but not as wild as the V10s

2017 cars are gonna be wider with more grip and they're apparently gonna turn up the wick even more....not sure about the noise, but I expect lap records to fall
