Well, my builder in all his great wisdom didn't put vapour barrier on the ceiling or walls, (walls that attach interior walls are spray foamed) the bedroom above the garage does get cooler than the other rooms (cold zone below it) although the floor and all duct work to that room is spray foamed it is still cooler in the winter.

So im gutting it. fully insulating, hopefully get somewhere near r50 in the ceiling, install my garage heater that has been sitting waiting.

new tool boxes, work benches, over head storage....

We are expecting our second child in april so im getting all my projects out of the way now.

you'll win, have another project (daughters play room) on the go at the moment before I even start, I'm hoping to be done in a week but who knows!

still need to install French doors, flooring and trim...never ends!

Is it wrong to want 30 hour days and 8 day weeks I need more time, both at and outside of work.
Leave Sunday for Cali for two and a half weeks for another training course and I have a weeks worth of stuff to do...
