Couple small finishing touches and main floor living room is done, nothing like tearing apart a 3yr old house (again)


Least I was able to upgrade my a/v on the main floor while everything was torn apart.

Little one is arriving in the next 6 weeks so it's nice to finish up these projects.. of course the garage hasn't been touched in months.

Do as much as you can, while you can... I pretty much haven't done shit (projects wise) since our 2nd child was born 6 months ago. Lots of stuff started and nothing finished right now.

Good advice Tony.. what's the age difference between your kiddies? We are due April 23 and my daughter will be 2 May 11th.. I'm sure it's going to be pretty Insane around here for a bit.

Mike, My oldest daughter will be 4 on April 11th. We waited a bit before we had the second, due to a health issue with the first. Once we got the green light from the Docs, we had the second. Which was another girl, she was born on Aug 22. With one kid, I was able to do a lot stuff around the house. Now with two, your hands get tied up real quick. But it's all worth it, I guess...
