Had a good day today!! Working on my "new" Ram and replacing rear brakes and the parking brakes. Figured out how to change the rear backing plates without having to pay the $350 per side that the dealer wanted...

You slot them? At one time, aftermarket made em in two pieces that bolted together.
No, one piece...easy as pie on a 2500. Had the 2 piece on the avalanche.I was just wondering about the mounting of the plate and figured it out once I got the old ones off. Dodge used 4 big wheel studs to sandwich the backing plate with the back metal piece. So the new one just fit right in with the old studs.

Posted a bunch of parts for sale, I remember there were a couple people who messaged me in the winter about certain parts (manifold I remember) I can't find the PMs and don't remember who it was.

glad I took the wildlife dude's advice and left one trap beside the deck
caught another little bastard
that's 6 now
said I saw 5 or 6 under the deck
hope that's it now...but still gonna leave one trap out there for a few more days
raccoon #7 was trapped early this morning
noisey bastard wouldn't shut up all night
had a good look at him this morning....and he's the biggest one so far....looked really pissed off
I don't think this one was part of the group that was under my deck....I think we caught a roaming male
