Little late advice, but for next time use the live chat feature. Rogers confirmed to me that they allocate more staff to the live chat, than they do to the phones.

Did you get the plan? I was going to, but it's a downgrade for me (price wise) so would mean paying off my wife's phone, which has over $400 owed on it.

Yeah I got the plan.. 1.5hrs in total. Had to pay $26 to buyout my contract. Let’s see how long this plan lasts.. have a feeling it won’t be long before they raise the price.
