Likes: I'd really like to throttle the ignorant putz building the house next door
most of these McMansion builder/flippers seem to put these things up and have them done and sold in about 12 months....not these clowns....20 months and still nowhere near finished
so yesterday at around 5pm they decide to purge the sump-pump
not the day before when it was 12c above....nope, 24 hours later when it's 12c below
with the slope of the street/sidewalk.....a few hundred gallons flowed down the front of their property, right along my sidewalk, down the end of my driveway and on to the street
did they even attempt to grab a shovel or some salt and try to clean up the mess.....nope
shoveled the water while it turned into ice 4x last night.....and spent about 2 hours hacking ice off the sidewalk this morning so I don't get fucking sued when/if someone bails
emailed 311 and copied my city councillor along with pics.....but I'd feel I'd be getting way more progress if I just punched the house builder right in the mug
