Hey Tony, I've got somewhere around 1000 displayed under a few levels of security and probably another 150 boxed up that I have no room for, lol.
Stop by some time if you want to check them all out.

For your 1/18's if you can find some Ikea "Bertby" cabinets, they can be set into the wall between the studs and look super slick. They are discontinued and hard to come by and generally command a big dollar when they do come for sale.
I think "FABMAN" is using these cabinets but I could be wrong.

Those were the ones I originally wanted but was not able to find them.

I ended up buying 2 of these Brimnes cabinets from ikea. I then added 2 led light kits in each cabinet from Amazon and had 2 extra glass shelves made at a glass shop for the lower portion of each cabinet.

In between the two glass faced towers I have 2 lower cabinets from the same family for box storage and general closed off use.

I added links in this post to help you find the items I have listed. I also added the last lighting kit I added as they appear brighter than the first (older) warm white led kits that I have in the cabinet uppers and the newer kits run off remote rather than by hardwired switches.
