Doesn't seem to tick anymore.
I just pulled mine out of storage yesterday and sure enough it has the tick LOL!
"If your wife is having a good time and you're not,
You're still having a better time than if you were having a good time, and she wasn't."
I also noticed that the 18s and 19s have the composite oil pans. I wonder if this could amplify sounds not usually noticeable?

No tick with my 2018 after 5,000 km. Runs like a charm.
1991 Mustang 5.0L LX - Titanium Frost CC Metallic, MM Suspension, Bilstein shocks, Cobra brakes, Edelbrock heads, polished GT-40 intake, new interior
2018 Mustang GT - Performance Pack, Magneride, Auto, Forged wheels, Active exhaust, Lightning Blue
My old 2017 had “the tick”. Had it into Ford twice. They said it was no problem. Sorta glad I traded it in for a new one, and I hope it stays tick free. But then I haven’t had the first oil change yet. Keeping my fingers crossed.
Most people in here trade in their cars before the first oil change LOL
