    Safety question

    For the mechanics out there.

    Do all factory gauges have to work to pass safety or is it just the speedo?

    Things like amp meter, temp. Oil pressure and fuel gauge.

    Also if the wiper was an option for the year but yours had that option would it need one vs one without that option would not?

    speedo plus light for it.
    Wiper, might be tough convincing someone it was an option, best to have n working.

    would a hand crank count as working lol

    Not if it's suppose to be electric.
    If equipped with crank should equal good to go.

    naw its vacuum operated. got to pull the headliner down still and see if its fixable or if I need to find a replacement

    I always thought that if it's in the car, it should be working. Gauges, lights, anything... Which is why I fixed things like the map light lol
