    Tires...

General opinion.... Which tire would be better... Nitto NT05 - Hankook RS4 - Nitto 555 G2. My only prob with the treadwear of the G2 is high, and I ll never wear them out. The other 2 tires are budget friendly?? Sort of, and with treadwear of 200... might wear them out. I ve had 555 Extreme s on for 10 yrs, putting about maybe 40000 km (almost) on in that time... I m lookin for good street traction, with the occasional (3-5) times a yr to the road course?? Maybe??....

In my case, I went with the 555’s for the street, and the NT05’s for the track.
You won’t be disappointed with that combo.

If you are looking for just one set of tires then you can't go wrong with the Nittos 555 G2 or the Firestone Firehawk Indy 500s.

I have the NT05’s for the street. I like them. Drive to the track, drive home. No issues.

Just put new Pilot Sport 4S on my dads S-coupe with the new Vossens. Amazing tire loads of grip but not loud.

I chose the RS4 s form Hankook. Turns out Not available the size I have... I tried before for the Nitto NT05, had same issue. Then went to the Hankooks . I did find Nittos the size I wanted but found that the Hankooks would be better. So I tried to order them... In the dam end, found a cheaper source for the Nittos, and have them ordered now, the size I want and $300 cheaper.... next time... Order them in early Spring.... Hope I don t forget next time LOL
