    Exhaust question?!

Has anyone ever used a dual inlet/dual outlet chambered muffler as a crossover pipe and then used straight through resonators? I am looking for a unique, loud (without drone) setup and was thinking that the small chambered muffler will provide the ability to hear the idle lope, while the resonators will drive the drone of the chambered muffler

    Similar to this setup

Only using something like this m

never seen a fab job in person with muffler, but know lots of people that ran the Mac ProChamber, was one of the most popular midpipes back in the day, I can't speak to how much drone it removed...if any...however for sure someone on here is running one, or has in the past...maybe they will chime in

Very interesting, this may work out really well. Worst case I keep messing with the exhaust until I am happy

I’ve run a prochamber before but the drone was bad, it sounded very nice at idle and acceleration but was terrible on the highway. Best Ive seen for drone was the cancel tubes....kinda like Solo exhaust uses on their Challenger/Charger exhaust systems.

What about using 2 different length mufflers to reduce the drone? Same setup on a stock foxbody.
