    Houses go BOOM

House in Brampton explodes due to a basement distillery.
House in London explodes due to a drunk driver.

Not a good week for alcohol.

That's funny Don you should be writing headlines - lol - my great grandfather use to make saki and we would could hear it bubbling away in his room (it wasn't in a still) - he has been gone for sometime now but his house is still standing lol - I'm not sure how? Maybe that will be a new clause for home owners insurance

The funny thing with all this is the licensed grow-ops are getting shut down cause of growing dope in unapproved rooms - maybe to meet demand - but alcohol (likely one of the biggest society harms) is OK on many levels - it seems every town has it own brewery and in some cases a lot of restaurants

Lol, glad beer isn't explosive, or I would be in trouble.
My dad use to bottle his own beer, but once capped it too early. You could hear the bottles letting go in the basement.
My grandfather had a still in New Liskeard in the 30/40' s, more for convenience, it was a long wagon ride to town back then.
Just can't figure anyone running a still today, unless just for shites and giggles?
