^^^What I get from that is: don't open your door if you are drunk at home.

Seems pretty easy to fight in court... but you can thank trudeau's "legal weed" for that obvious human-rights violation. I'm human, and I have the right to get wasted to fuck AFTER driving.

I’m going to say no. I think it’s if someone suspected you of driving while drunk and they arrive and your hammered then ya kinda of thing.

    Another one last night:
A 19-year-old man has been charged with impaired driving offences after a crash in Richmond Hill, Ont. on Sunday night left another man dead and five injured. York Regional Police say the man who died at the scene was a 44-year-old Richmond Hill resident. Two of the injured, a woman, 40, and a boy, 12, also of Richmond Hill, were seriously hurt. The crash, which involved four vehicles, occurred on Yonge Street south of Jefferson Sideroad. Officers were called to the scene at about 9:30 p.m.

    The drunk always survives.

I just found out the identity of the driver that was killed. He was the same age and grade as me, I remember Paul from high school.

    RIP Paul Brizzi
