Did they say they'd take your offer though? Regardless, you need to feel good with whomever you seal a deal with it.

Mav what's the rush?? The right car will pop up. If you are willing to drop $30K on an 07, add another 5K to the budget and find a 2010+

Did you make the offer Saturday and expect the response first thing Monday?

I expected acceptance or counter Saturday. If he would have said we will give you 13k for your car but full pop for theirs I would have pulled the trigger right then and there. Here is Visa # for deposit and see you Monday or Tuesday. How long can it take to say yes or no??

The sale manager might not have been in on the weekend and not sure most sales guys have the autonomy to clear a deal on the spot that's $2g lower than offer.

Sales manager was there....thats where he was getting figures from.....even i he/she wasn't, call saying can't do anything till monday would have been fine. Still would have bought. Truly, I'm not an asshole.
