I tried that - it's easier to get a $50,000 credit card than it is to get a $50,000 line of credit (at least for self employed) - they want more than my kids - and the sad part is with the credit card you can just file solvency and walk away - the line of credit has tons of collateral backing it makes no sense to me...but if I had your money I would buy two...lol
