"Finished first in the MEC Muskoka century ride this weekend. 152km ride, 1628m ascent, averaged 36km/hr. Ride took 4hours 12 minutes and I burned 4700 calories"

Just reached 5000km since installing my new computer on May 5th, 154hrs of riding. Will be close to 10k this year with the track.

Fastest road ride of the year was 20k @ 38.2 km/hr
