    haven ridden in a couple years, thinking of selling my bike but don't really know the best place to try or the best way to put a value on it.

    2012 ish Scott Spark. full carbon fiber. was $3000 brand new, now.... no idea

    I’ve got padded liners that I wear under my shorts, but yes it gets sore. It’s actually not as far as you’d think. Took me just about 2 hrs. It’s almost all flat though. Add in a few hills and that’s a different story.
