    Thanks Glen! I saw that story on the Ford media website yesterday but didn't get a chance to post it up. I'm by no means a "greenie", but stuff like this makes sense ... if you can come up with a process at a reasonable cost to use what would otherwise just go to waste, and end up with a lighter part, why not?

    I’ve roasted coffee beans before, and that chaff really is annoying. Very interesting that they can convert it into a polymer substitute.
