Gotta love College Football in Quebec, the Stadiums are wet!
On the way into the U of Montreal Stadium, walked past massive tailgates (on University Property) with a few Police around just watching from afar.
This would never happen at Ontario Stadiums. Seemingly, a lot fewer Helicopters and Bubblewrap for College kids in Quebec.
