    Moma wanted to name him Michael but I wanted something to be closer to her heritage ,,,,so I said Miguel ,just like San Miguel. She agreed.

    He introduced me to something similar, fresh shrimp soaked in vinegar, onions and ginger. Very tasty, didn't know vinegar could "cook " meat this way.

    Nice juicy New England IPA. I really like these right now.

    Also got a bunch of Great Lakes Octopus Wants To Fight and the NOTL LCBO today. Definitely one of my favorites.
