^^^how is the amber? I’m a big fan of their dark, it’s the beer where I first decided I liked beer.
Our class would do a tour at the brewery every term back when it was called the Brick.

Brick Brewing is the parent company of many brands they acquired. They took their original beers and re-branded them under the Waterloo name.
Brick's most successful brand is the Laker series. Brick also operates Waterloo Brewing (a craft brewing division) and LandShark Lager Canada.

just happened into the London LCBO the other day and they had the Apothic display up. The red and dark are my favorite wines by far. They had the limited edition Inferno which is red aged in whisky barrels and a new limited edition Brew. which is Red infused with coffee. grabbed a couple bottles of each and wish I grabbed more cuz both are fantastic.
