Ok...so, I thought for sure I wasn't going to like this...no...I kinda wanted not to like this but...damn...it's good. lol Flying Monkey's Live Transmission Milkshake IPA. And for supper I did a beef rack of ribs. Dry rubbed with Bone Dust and sous vide'd for 24 hours at 160*...hit the bbq for another 2hrs at 225*. They were yummy....
^^^what’s it like? I’ve passed on that one several times because of ‘milkshake’.
