Last trip to the local LCBO was disappointing; nothing new and/or exciting. Ended up picking up some Octopus, Mad Tom, and Boneshaker. Mixed in with the Mad Tom by mistake was some Muskoka Brewery Harvest Ale.

Not too bad, a good all around ale.

Curling started this week. New on tap at the lounge was Amsterdam Brewery “Eye Candy”.
I asked the bartender “What is that?” She gave me a sample and..... well I won’t be having a pint of that. A couple ounces is interesting, but I could not drink a pint of that. Raspberry cooler...NOT beer.
there's a curling rink in Shelburne - I was thinking of joining - do they always curl at the home rink or do they hurry hard at out of town rinks

I'm in 2 leagues at the Richmond Hill Curling Club. League games are always at the same rink. If you join a multi-game bonspiel, sometimes they travel to different rinks, but not usually.

And to stay on topic.... this is a decent amber lager:

It's the best part about curling! Even if you lose, the other team buys you a beer!
Last night we lost, I got a free Waterloo Dark! LOL

36” Chain DIPA from Barncat in Cambridge. Fantastic! I’d go there everyday if I lived closer.

Surround Sound V4. Another great from Collective Arts while I washed the old girl.

Nice Belgian IPA from Grain & Grit in the hammer.

Even inverted, you laid down for that pic lol. Looks good too!
BUT anyone can take that in your own driveway, you have to do it at LCBO parking lot, but Mike not my fault if you get arrested!
