Cool - will have to remember that for the TM as I usually start them in the freezer but sounds like I should start with fridge and let it warm up as I enjoy it.

Dropped by Collective Arts Friday as I had some service in the Hammer. Hard to believe the old lake port site would produce such great beer.
I think my tolerance for the higher octane beer in the +7% range is coming around.
The DIpas at 7.1, and 8.2% would have put me out on the first can.
The Mill Street tastes like water compared to these.

Pizza (tomato sauce based) for dinner tonight so paired it with this delicious Baco Noir that's been sleeping for 4 years. Followed up with a late evening DIPA from Town Brewing for movie night.
