    How do you rebuild an oil cooler and I don’t see any cats…….

    Rebuilding the oil cooler is likely re-ringing to stop leaks. Cats, not sure, maybe a CYA statement for the sale.

    30k with 160k kms seems about market price if not a little high. Plates match region, seems legit to me.
