I can tell you that I bought a mint, one owner 03 Mustang GT Vert last summer, that had only 90,000 km on it for $9500, for my mom and pops. There's people out there that know reality and some that don't. That 21k price is likely the 'my wife told me to list the car for sale' price. We've all done it. LOL
