I managed to be able to share this link from my fb page - the only way this old man could figure it out haha

This is a pretty rare fox but will be a good measure for value vs condition vs restoration vs original - with that in mind a restomod is a different concept - hope the link works

This link will take you there may have to log in if you can maybe someone can share from.there

$85 g's. Wow, wouldn't have guessed they'd be going that high.

Usually I see them selling more in the mid-90 range. One sold at BJ in January for $132K

Edit: Here's one with 2000 miles on it, $110K firm.

Ya that's nonsense money based purely on rich guys speculating. No offense but can't see that car being anywhere above a 40k driving experience.

Yes I've seen a few higher like you shared thanks for getting the link - basically I was just trying to use this as a gage to help understand why some cars are worth big money and others that look the same aren't - I've seen a lot of high dollar foxes lately I wouldnt really pay anywhere near the asking price for them - but the valuable ones are far and few between. Usually when I see these cars theyve been sitting in a dealer showroom since new and have next to no miles and totally original. This car and a few others would be a good examples to compare against something to resale or purchase.

Considering only 107 R's were made, making this an extremely rare car. Equates to supply and demand where majority of these cars are tucked away in a collection, sadly never being used what they were intended for.

I disagree with the high dollar comment. You probably remember the days when these cars sold new for $15K. The foxbody is now a classic car. The prices are now starting to take off (took long enough) especially for the desirable notchback in original condition which is becoming hard to find. I was fortunate to purchase mine just as the prices were slowing creeping up. Another fox which I'm seeing that is becoming desirable is the GT model with the 2-tone paint scheme.
