    Unimaginable and terrible!

I would make it my life mission to kill the driver, slowly and painfully...

Apparently it's possible the driver was having a medical emergency. Or was impaired. If the former, then it's a tragedy for all. If the later, I hope the POS doesn't see the light of day.

I guess anything is possible. Maybe the cops were escorting him to the ER.

Clearly there was something wrong with the guy. Also having just watched the video below, I didn't realize he had priors... So ya, fry the fucker.

Impaired, no doubt it's possible, just as possible diabetic episode or other medical issue.

Ontario Provincial Police confirmed to CBC Toronto that the video was reported to them on Tuesday, June 16.
A member of a community Facebook group says he provided the video to police with hopes that the driver might be identified.
"We are aware of the video and continue to investigate the incident. It would not be appropriate to further comment on this active investigation," said an Sgt. J.T. Folz.
Brown also says the driver has a prohibited license due to "multiple" driving offences, and that the car's license plates did not match the vehicle.
The driver has not been publicly identified by police, nor have any charges been announced.

Fake plates, multiple offences, peeling away from an accident..... this is not the actions of somebody with a legit medical condition.
Let’s call this for what it is ....a repeat drunk driver.

May karma meet you in a dark alley.
