Apparently it's possible the driver was having a medical emergency. Or was impaired. If the former, then it's a tragedy for all. If the later, I hope the POS doesn't see the light of day.
Impaired, no doubt it's possible, just as possible diabetic episode or other medical issue.
Ontario Provincial Police confirmed to CBC Toronto that the video was reported to them on Tuesday, June 16.
A member of a community Facebook group says he provided the video to police with hopes that the driver might be identified.
"We are aware of the video and continue to investigate the incident. It would not be appropriate to further comment on this active investigation," said an Sgt. J.T. Folz.
Brown also says the driver has a prohibited license due to "multiple" driving offences, and that the car's license plates did not match the vehicle.
The driver has not been publicly identified by police, nor have any charges been announced.
