    Spreadsheet specialist/expert needed

I learned the basics of spreadsheets 35 years ago, but never really learned macros or shortcuts or anything advanced. I have a pricing program that I've been working on for a long time, but have no idea how to finish what I want to accomplish and to streamline it. I am not expecting this help for free.

I'm using Word perfect Quatro Pro,. Help?

Just a thought. You could try going to YouTube and doing a search on spreadsheet macros. I found some good stuff on their when I was looking to create pivot tables. Good luck!

    You can try this forum.

They helped me develop a macro which can automatically send an email reminder using due dates from my excel.

^^^agreed. Plenty of good YT tutorials for anything you need to do.
Might be a challenge to find Quattro Pro or Lotus 123 vids.

What kind of thing are you trying to make it do? If I remember correctly you build decks. So have all your basic material/labour etc rates in one sheet and then another sheet (that you can copy for other jobs) that relies on the first sheet for its data? Or am I out to lunch on this idea.

You can also look into online courses for computer skills. I've done a couple through Conestoga college that taught me a lot of stuff in Access, I'm sure their spreadsheet ones are decent too. https://www.ed2go.com/conestoga/. Might be harder to find quattro pro specific courses but I'd guess that most skills would carry over.

quattro Pro spreadsheets are compatible with Excel.
I'm looking for help because I don't have the time or particularly the patience any more. I learned my current skills 35 years ago(taught myself), but haven't progressed any further.
I started this particular spreadsheet 3 years ago and have only gotten so far. Just don't have that creative urge any more, and I'm way too busy to be able to afford hundreds of hours teaching myself. I'm just as happy to pay someone.
