    Definite alignment issues. Vortech's are not bolt on and they just work type of kits. They always need shimming. My JT was way out of wack from new.

    Funny you mention that speedtospare because the same shop said that no shimmING is needed and if so somthING else is wrong. Never had to shim one in the history of them installing blowers

    Did you get a straight edge long enough to reach from the face of the crank pulley to the blower? Once you have that, easy to find the culprit, biggest challenge in getting everything in line.

    Do what Rick says. Even if its out a few mm it can cause problems.

    Yeah, and that's why there's a Fox in the laneway that used to religiously throw belts and was installed at a Premiere Vortech dealer...

    I also kinda cheated with that one as the Kenne is driven via the same belt as crank + accessories...

    Not uncommon to see a factory mounted (5.0 pushrod) PS or AC pump a mile outta line or just plain twisted.
