What an absolute shit show today. Merc threw the race away with an absolute rookie horror show in the pit. I felt so bad for Russel. He killed it but it just shows how good that car is. I know Hamilton is a great driver but if Merc hadn’t screwed up the pit stop, Russel would have won the race by a long shot!!! So he goes from never being in the points even to being #1. Also really happy for Perez. Very emotional day for him. He had a hell of a race

Also shows that perhaps Russel would be a better choice for the second car. That young man drove like a well seasoned pro. While yet again, Bottas came off as a rookie making mistake after mistake.
