The FIA literally gave the win to Max. First they say no unlapping under SC, then they say only the cars in between Lewis and Max can overtake. What about the rest of the cars? Why can’t they unlap themselves. Then all of sudden safety car comes in on the last lap.

Congrats to Max. However how that played out wasn’t fair.

They 110% tossed the rules aside and made it up.

They wanted a new Champion at all costs in spite of how ridiculous the whole thing turned out.

Should of red flagged the race if they wanted it go back green so badly.
What they did was pretty ridiculous. It made it so that Ham & Max were on an island by themselves. 3rd place Sainz had zero opportunity to even contend for the win... let alone the rest of the pack.

Yes, if they wanted an actual race at the end, red flag should have waved.

And the zig zag multiple times on the straight to try to break the draft.
And max pitting for soft tires under the safety car and not loosing any positions somehow.
And…… so many things went in Max’s favour

Perez retired from the race with three laps to go under the late race-deciding safety car because Red Bull was worried his Honda engine was about to expire. That could have caused the safety car to stay out another lap and prevent Verstappen from overtaking Hamilton for the title

This clearly shows Hamilton stealing position at the begging of the race and not giving position back to max. Abs no penalty was called for it. So ya both drivers had some advantages. Wasn’t Hamilton’s day.
