For peeps that missed the race today. It was a decent one but not really all that exciting. Honestly, the commentators do such a great job hyping up battles & restarts.

Congrats to Danny Ric, first podium for Renault since 2011.

I would love to see Max in the same car.
Max in a Merc would be a little more exciting as he takes more risks however he’d probably get pole every time so he’d only be passing the back markers.

Redbull made a bad decision letting Gasly go imo.
He's been doing great things in the sister car.

I think it had to do with the car. He seems more comfortable and competitive in the Alpha than the Red Bull. Both cars are different even though they’re sister teams.

He had a few bad races, and got canned half way through the season. Redbull impatient.

Yep, they are. They seem more results driven. They want to be like Mercedes with Hamilton/Rosberg and Hamilton/Bottas and Button/Barrichello and the likes. They want to be 1-2 and not 2 and wherever else Albon finishes.

It's kinda crazy that Max, Ham, Bot are all within 2-3 tenths at the ring last week, then Danny Ric/Perez were like 1-1.5seconds a lap slower.
    Talent or equipment?
