I'd like to see the data from an F1 team on how much benefit they get from weaving to warm/clean the tires. I've long been under the impression it's more of a psychological benefit than an actual benefit.
Pretty sad mistake to see at that level of racing.
Well no traction control and cold tires will do that. Those tires need to be hot for them to hook up. When they use infrared cameras the tires are red.
