Sad news indeed. I've not been to any proper events on the drag side of TMP for years, but when I had it always struck me that there were more people than necessary hanging around in the staging lanes. Hopefully a clear record of what happened will emerge so we can learn from it.

Saw a pic from the incident. Was a yellow fox body. Apparently testing his trans-brake in the staging lanes. Lost control and went through the fence, striking the pedestrian on the other side.
