    Automatic Transmission Issue

    Mustang has been running perfect

    pulled into garage last friday

    shaker 1000 amps in trunk have not worked for years

    decided to pull relays related then all fuses one at a time and look at them in under hood fuse block
    all good
    put them back

    started car...runs

    but wtf put transmission into reverse or drive or any gear

    NOTHING

    wont move...well its a 4350lb rolling paperweight....
    HELP

    its not leaking

    fluid was changed recently

    Did you confirm you have all fuses in the correct spots / plugged in properly? Some fuse boxes have blanks you can accidentally plug into.

    Did the car drive before you decided to replace the fuses and relay's...If so it's something you touched or did.
    2003 Azure Mach 1.....with some bolt on's.....
    2003 Marauder.....with some bolt on's....
    2011 GT500......with some bolt on's.......
    82 GT, Coyote, build in play.......

    Car ran perfect...thought it was something I did,but after researching, not so sure
    I checked all fuse and relays ..all in correct locations..and pulled them again and tested every one..all good....apparently there is a solenoid pack in transmission that can fail...?

    Yes...all in correct locations and all test ok

    Those transmissions are horrible, you can start with the solenoid pack which is a bitch to change and hope for the best. Mine ended up being the Torque converter. This is assuming everything else you touched is OK.
