    Oh contraire, moi friar... Soux vide works on all cuts of meats. Awesome on beef or pork ribs, lamb and steak. Have not tried fish or seafood but, have heard it's great. But, yes, it's great for lesser costing meats, too!

    Can do hard and soft boiled eggs, deserts, and almost any food group.
    Just a pre cooking to a certain temp, and will keep it almost indefinitely.
    Weird just look up some recipes under the Anova recipes.

    Used to eat there occasionally when the place in Auburn wasn’t open. Must of been back when the Lancaster was still there.
